• Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for orders shipped within the United States.

• Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of the delivered date.

• Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and quality reasons.

• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Damaged or Wrong Item: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@crassnakhmer.com within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
